I think all of the people that work here are former NASCAR Pit Crew members! They are FAST! And we appreciate how fast and efficient they were. We dropped of our Palazzo for added suspension around 9:30 am and we were back on the road by noon. Thank you for your outstanding service! I highly recommend Mainline!

On a recent trip in our Winnebago gas motorhome with a Ford F53 Chassis, the V10 engine started knocking and then the check engine light came on. This was in Eastern Kansas. Called four Ford auto dealers and only one agreed to take a look at it. Found we had cylinder that was not firing. Did a few things so that we could limp along, but said they were not capable of doing any repairs. Finally found a Ford Heavy truck dealer in Colorado and they determined that we needed a complete engine replacement. They quoted me a price that was out of this world, but probably typical for an actual Ford dealer. Called Mainline and they gave me a rough estimate over the phone that was a fraction of what the Ford dealer quoted. We limped back to Ohio and left it there for the replacement. They gave me an approximate time frame and actually completed the replacement on time and below the estimated cost. Engine runs great! Can't say enough about Jeff and Nick. Both very knowledgeable, professional, personable and honest. Would recommend to anyone for gas and diesel motorhome, engine and chassis service.

We were referred to Mainline by a RV shop that was not completely confident in making the necessary repair on our motorhomes diesel boiler for the hot water. Jeff and Nick were great. Both were knowledgeable, professional, personable and very helpful. While our problem needs a special fix that is going to require assistance from the manufacturer of our water heating system I would return to this shop if we were in the area and needed any type of service they provided. That's considerable more than I can say for most of the shops we've encountered over the last 5 years of traveling in our rig. Jeff and Nick- Thank you!!

A little Expensive but so are all diesel mechanics. I trust them with our motor home and fully recommend them. They have done literally $1,000s in repairs and routine maintenance for me.

Had a hub failure on my fifth wheel travel trailer on I-480 just a few miles away. I called and was able to make it there they could take a look just before closing. The owner Nick, my service advisor Mike, and service tech Preston were very knowledgeable about RVs and travel trailers as well as semis. And gave me a fair estimate for both just repairs and also some suspension improvements to help prevent future problems. I decided to make some upgrades, and they were so helpful with letting me camp on site while parts arrived and the work was done. Including electricity to help with the heat wave. If you run into RV troubles around Cleveland give this shop a call! Everyone went above and beyond to make sure I back on the road better than before I had any problems.
